The Growth Team is designed to be flexible, practical, and valuable. You are not expected to know everything before starting. The aim is to give you a real environment to learn, contribute, and grow.
No. You only need to choose the role or roles that suit your interests, skills, and goals. Some contributors focus on one area, while others get involved in multiple teams over time.
No. The Growth Team is fully flexible. There are weekly sessions, workshops, and team huddles available, but you are not expected to work fixed hours like a traditional job.
There is no strict minimum, but the more consistently you contribute, the more you will gain from the opportunity. As a general guide, a few focused hours per week is enough to stay involved, complete tasks, and build momentum.
The Growth Team is currently an unpaid contributor programme. However, some roles may include performance-based opportunities, such as revenue share for successful partnerships or kickback for fundraising. Contributors who show strong commitment may also be considered for future leadership or paid opportunities as the company grows.
There is no fixed end date. Most contributors stay involved for as long as the experience remains useful, valuable, and aligned with their goals. You can contribute short-term to build experience, or stay longer to pursue leadership, portfolio work, and deeper involvement.
